The coasts and beaches that border Costa Rica are also very popular for tourists and bring in large amounts of profit every year. The climate and temperature of Costa Rica varies between different zones; the torrid zone averages eighty to ninety degrees fahrenheit, the temperate zone averages seventy five to eighty degrees fahrenheit and the cold zone averages forty one to fifty nine degrees fahrenheit. The climate and rainfall varies between the different regions. Costa Rica is a very diverse country, from its vegetation to its animals.
